• All cancellations will carry a 10% cancellation fee, once the Registration Form is received. All cancellations must be in writing by fax or email at least 2 weeks before the event date. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks prior to the event date carry a 100% liability. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
